About Marilyn Love:

After gardening in the east for over 30 years, Marilyn returned to Texas in 2010 with no experience gardening in South Central Texas.  She took the Master Gardener course to gain appropriate gardening knowledge and to make friends in her new community and certified as a Master Gardener in 2012. With a special interest in native and adaptive perennial landscaping, she completed advanced training on Superstars® in 2015 and Earthkind® in 2017.  She served as President of HCMGA in 2014-2015, Vice President in 2017, 2020 and 2021.  She now chairs the Membership Committee, and is also a State Delegate.  Marilyn is one of our most active speakers and volunteers.
