Create collage art using beautifully printed Japanese paper that is torn with fingers. Sign your name in Japanese characters. All supplies provided on the workshop day. Chigiri-e is a traditional Japanese art form in which pictures are created from hand-torn paper. Chigiri-e designs are often inspired by the natural world.

Surapsari shares the magic and beauty of Asian arts and cultures through this spring break program at the library. Please register online to attend! Numbers are limited.  Ages 11-18
